Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea

Yongin Korean Folk Village (1974) is a historical theme park that reproduces the daily life of the Joseon Dynasty and is famous as a complex cultural tourist spot where you can learn, experience and enjoy Korean traditional culture. Particularly, we participated in the '2015 Open Tourism Contest' project, and have led the improvement of convenience facilities to increase tourism accessibility for the tourist vulnerable (disabled people, the elderly, families with young children, etc.). This is a rare example for a private business, and it is a glimpse of the advanced companies that everyone dreams of happy tourism.

The journey to the village of the Joseon Dynasty begins with a paper with a wish written on it. When you enter the village, the first thing you meet is Hyojamun. It was built in honor of Hyoja Lee Duk-gyu's filial piety, but it was said to have been put on the road where many people deliberately intended to serve as a good example.
