The mystery of the millennium, revealing the secret of the birth of the eighteen thousand blacksmiths ‘Hapcheon Blacksmith Theme Park’
Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam, Korea
The Tripitaka Koreana is considered as one of the greatest relics throughout Korea's history, or even Korea's history. Although there are about 20 species of blacksmith in the world, the eighteen thousand blacksmiths are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in June 2007 due to their high accuracy and completeness. What is so great about the eighteen thousand colonel? The place where you can see with your eyes, touch with your hands, and dig into the excellence of the blacksmith is the theme park. The entire process, from the production motives, processes, and storage of the eighteen thousand blacksmiths, can be systematically known, which not only helps children experience learning, but also allows adults to feel the mystery of the blacksmiths once again.
The Blacksmith Theme Park is, as its name suggests, the theme of the eighteen thousand blacksmiths. I know only that the country and the people suffering from the Mongol invasion were made to save by the power of the Buddha, but the deeper and more mysterious the world, the closer it is to the world of the Blacksmith.
The first floor of the blacksmith exhibition room
After passing through the theme park entrance and passing through the neatly formed square and park, you will reach Daejanggyeong Millennium Hall, the main exhibition space. The circular exhibition hall on the first floor, which penetrates to the ceiling, is filled with hardwood plates. The fact is that the image of Haeinsa Jang Kyung Panjeon is reflected on the wall. Also displayed is the Dongpan Blacksmith, which was produced to permanently preserve the Palmman Blacksmith, a wooden board.
The appearance of the coppersmith
On the second floor, there are the Blacksmith Road Room, Mystery Room, Conservation Science Room, and Understanding Room. The Blacksmith Road Room introduces the process of recording and disseminating the Blacksmith.

The most impressive exhibition hall is the Mysterious Hall of the Blacksmith. It is a place that vividly shows the scene of scientific blacksmithing records close to mystery. It is necessary to go through a number of processes before completing the play.

The process of writing letters on the hard plate
Daejanggyeong Mystery Room shows all these processes in an easy-to-understand way. In addition, there is a space where you can find out about the eighteen thousand colonoscopes through numbers. For example, the total length of the eight thousand and eighteen thousand pieces is 8,1,258, and a single plate is 70 cm wide, 24 cm long, and 2.8 cm thick, stacked in a row, 508 m higher than Baekdusan. The translation work took a total of 36 years, the gross weight of the plate was about 280 tons, 108 pillars in the Jangyeong Panjeon, and 0 of the corroded plates in the large colon ... . It expresses the greatness of the blacksmith who was vaguely known in numbers, so it easily touches the skin.

In addition to the eighteen thousand colonel, the Jangkyung Panjeon, which stores the plates, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Preservation Science Lab reveals the principles of science hidden in the Jang Kyeong Pan. You can check the location of Jangyeongpanjeon, considering the altitude of the sun, the size and location of the window that facilitates ventilation, and the soil with charcoal, sashimi, salt and sand on the floor to control humidity and prevent pests.

In the understanding room, you can sit in a comfortable chair to listen to the blacksmith, sand experience, and wish ribbon hanging.

If you go down to the first floor again, the experience zone will appear. In addition to the human experience, you can freely experience the process of chemical engineering, wood carving, and family writing.
Chemical experience
The experience of people's experience is particularly impressive, but it is a process of engraving the plate and checking whether there are any wrong characters.
Experience
Daejanggyeong Theme Park is not completed, but is still being created. Construction is also underway around the square and entrance located in front of the Millennium Hall. This is due to the preparation for the Daejanggyeong World Culture Festival, which will take place from September 27th to November 10th. When the festival starts, there will be more to see, enjoy, and experience.

Gayasan Sori-gil starts right in front of Jangkyung Theme Park. On the other side of the road, the parking lot of Sorigil was wide, and when you cross the bridge, you can see a standing sign that announces the beginning of Sorigil. From here to Yeongsan Bridge in front of Haeinsa Temple, it is about 6km in length from Gayasan Sorigil. It is a pleasant way to walk along the forest path along the Hongryu-dong Valley, listening to the sound of water, birds, and wind.
Tree scenery at the theme park
The road is flat, so there is no burden on walking, and there are information boards explaining the nature, history, and culture of Mt. To learn more, you can use the Gayasan Sorigil commentary program. Following the trip of Hongryu-dong and the footsteps of Goun Choi Chi-won, he is conducting three programs: finding the hidden secrets of Hongryu-dong valley. The commentary program is on the National Park website

The 0.6km section from Gilsangam to 6 Bridges in Sorigil is easily accessible to wheelchairs and strollers. Some slopes are steep, but there is no difficulty in using them because the decks are connected without stairs.

Especially in this section, there are many unexplored places such as Nakhwadam, Cheopseokdae, and Conservatory, which are the beauty of Hongryu-dong.

You can't come here and go back without seeing Haeinsa Temple. Haeinsa Temple, which possesses the eighteen thousand colonel, is one of the three treasures in Korea, along with Tongdosa Temple, and Songkwangsa Temple, the Buddhist temple. Founded in the 3rd year of King Silla (802), its history is over a thousand years old. On the outer wall of the main hall, Daejeokjeon, there is a mural depicting the story of Haeinsa Temple.

Jangyeongpanjeon, which is located at a level higher than the Daejeokwangjeon, originally revealed the interior, but as soon as I climbed the stairs due to the successive temple fire and Sungnyemun fire, I made it go through the sideways road.

Unfortunately, you can take a glimpse of the shrine through the grate of the Sudarajang where the shrine was stored. Photographing is also prohibited, and you should be satisfied with taking a commemorative photo in front of the signboard that took the picture inside the Jang Kyeong Panjeon.
Stairs to climb
Admission is limited until 2016, so visitors inside are bound to pledge after that. It is so comforting to see the Jang Kyung Panjeon and the eighteen thousand major Jangkyung in three dimensions at the Daejanggyeong Theme Park.
