Taean Flavor vs. Flavor, Druni Port Jukkumi vs Baeksajang Port

Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Korea

Jukkumi Shabu Shabu and Geukji. Which one of the two will make travelers' tastes stronger? If you are curious about the answer, let's go to Taean, Chungnam.
At Druni Port in Nam-myeon, Jukkumi Shabu-shabu, and in Anmyeon-do White Sand Harbor, Geukji-ji awaits evaluation by travelers. Recently, a maritime footbridge that connects the two ports together has emerged as a new tourist attraction in Taean.

Drini Port was called Shinon Port 10 years ago.
Just before enjoying the Cheonsuman tidal wave drive and entering Naman-myeon, Taean-gun, just before crossing the Anmyeon-do road, there is a notice board that says “Drni Port”. A small muzzle appears when you follow the path with the thought, 'Your name is unique?' At first glance, it may seem like a foreign language, but the name “Drnihang” is a pure Korean word that means “to stop”. During the Japanese colonial period, it was called the Chinese character for Shin-on Port, and it regained its original name since 2003.
The port of Drni facing the White Sands Port is a small, quiet port. When you climb north along the coast from Druni Port, you will see a coastal trekking course with the name “Solmorat-gil” to Cheongpodae, Dalsanpo, and Mongsanpo. The beautiful scenery of the West Sea is intact and the scenery is spectacular. The exotic appearance of aerobatic planes sometimes unfolds.
The leisurely scenery of Drní Port
Although it is a small port, there is a shrimp farm nearby, so Drini Port is rich in food. A fisherman grooms a fishing net with shells around the port where several boats are anchored. When asked what it was used for, such a fishing net is said to be a fishing net for fishing. When the jukkumi enters the seashell to spawn, the fishermen raise the seashell. In the past, I thought it was caught a lot in the spring, but nowadays it is said to be caught in the winter.

I'm possessed by the umami shabu shabu
Jukkumi, such as roasted pork belly, stir-fried pork belly, and shabu-shabu, delights travelers with a variety of recipes. The shabu-shabu is the right answer to get a good texture from among various foods. Is it too much expression if the strong vitality of Jukkumi, who violently wriggles even before entering the soup pot, further stimulates the appetite?
Add radish, kelp, green onion, and pearl clam, and put the whole jukkeumi, which has just been dried out of the aquarium, into the boiled broth. As soon as it enters boiling water, it changes from a dark color to a red color. When the color changes, separate the head and legs. The restaurant owner explains that the head should be cooked more in boiling water, and the legs should be cooked slightly, and then dip in the red pepper paste. When you pop your head, the soup turns black all over because of the ink. The light jujukumi leg gives a sweet taste and delights the mouth. When the head of the intestine is cooked, it is savory and rich.

It is also fun to put on a mouth-watering pearl shellfish in the Saisai soup. Fishermen in this area are also called liberation clams. Liberation clams are said to have eaten a lot in the year of liberation. While boiling in boiling water, the silky clam, which gradually becomes yellowish in color, has a beautiful color and sweet taste. If you chew the light clams, you won't know when it has passed into your throat.

Maritime footbridge seen from the port of Drini
There are spiral driveways on both sides of the port. The pure cable-stayed bridge is 250m long. By making a steering system in the middle of the bridge, anyone can taste the feeling of being a captain of the ship, and transparent reinforced plastics on both sides can feel the sea.
Midway point of maritime footbridge
If you look at the west while looking at the gaze, the vast West Sea spreads out. The island floating right in front of you is Karma Island, and if you run alone, you will reach the land of China. When you stand in the middle of the bridge facing the West Sea, you can see the white sand beach on the left and Gom Island on the right. This maritime footbridge has become a new sunset spot in Taean-gun. When the sun goes down, night lights show like Busan Gwangan Bridge and Yeosu Dolsan Bridge.

The latest delicacy of Baeksajang Port, Geukjiji
Baeksajang Port is the largest port in Anmyeondo. From the driveway leading to the port, there are many sushi shops and aquatic product sales centers. The most prominent menu at this restaurant these days is Geukji. Geukji-ji, which is called get-gukji, get-guk-ji, and sesame-guk-ji, means kimchi with crab soup or seafood broth. Nowadays, the variety of food has been changed, and now it has been transformed into kimchi or crab stew with dipping sauce.
On the Taean Peninsula, where seafood is abundant, crabs have been soaked since ancient times. After picking up the ingredients from the crab shop, the remaining broth was kept, and then the crab was made again by adding more sea urchins caught in the tidal flat. Protein and minerals naturally melt in the broth soaked with crabs and crabs several times. This broth was born as a soup that is rich in taste and nutrition, and was used as a seasoning when soaking kimjang again.
Shrimp, pumpkin, etc.
Kimjang Kimchi, which was mixed with Getkuk and pumpkin, was called Geukji in Taean. When it was cooked to some extent, it boiled like a soup, but the salty taste of Getkuk and the sweetness of the pumpkin combined to create a fantastic harmony. This is Geganji, Taean's native food. The recipe that used a lot of broth when it was difficult is the first publicity of the birth of Geukji. It tastes delicious now, but it is gaining popularity as a food that reminds me of nostalgia during difficult times.
Deep-fried crab and shrimp in the white sand port
Geukji, which is currently tasted at Baeksajang Port, seems to be somewhat different from the original local food. Will recipes evolve? Geukji in the Baeksajang Port is a kind of seafood soup boiled with blue crab, lobster, and pumpkin sweet potato in an old jjigae. This is a soup made of anchovies and green onions with boiled water, enoki mushrooms, anemone pumpkin sweet potato and blue crab. The thick soup of ripe kimchi kimchi and the sweet taste of blue crab make a delicate combination. The soup is so rich that you don't know how long you emptied a bowl of rice. Even when the boat is down and puts the spoon down, it is regrettable that the spoon is pushed into the soup again.
White sand beach scenery
When you take a walk on a maritime footbridge and look at the white sandy beach, the boat comes out. In this case, the delicious snacks such as fried deep-fried crab, deep-fried crab, and fried pumpkin sweet potatoes make the mouthwatering.
