I like pretty and pretty things! Women's favorite travel to Jeju

Seogwipo, Jeju, Korea

A place full of magnificent and beautiful nature and unexplored scenery. It is a modifier that does not fall out when talking about Jeju. However, in Jeju, there are not only things to see and do in nature. Another Jeju trip recommended for those who like pretty and cute things. A cute Jeju tour for them begins.

This is school? Duklock Bridge in Aewol-eup
this...
In fact, the Durkuk branch has always been in crisis due to the small number of students a few years ago. Then, in 2012, it was selected as Samsung's 'HD Super AMOLED Color Project' and changed to the same shape now. At the time, the project was led by world-renowned colorist Jean-Philip Lanclaw, the founder of 'Color Geography', and thanks to him, Durkuk School was reborn as an unprecedented fairy tale colorful school. Not only children but also teachers were set up in beautifully refurbished schools, and more and more students were transferred to school. The interesting thing is that it is not only the students who have increased. As the school became famous, customers who had never thought of 'travelers' began to come.
Not only students but also tourists come to school

When I first meet with the school, most of them ask, "Here is school?" It is because of the unfamiliar scenery that is quite far from the image of the school we think. The school's colorfully colored playgrounds and low-rise buildings are like three-dimensional sculptures just popping out of a fairy tale book. When I see children playing in a fairy-tale school under a blue sky, I even wonder if I'm shooting a movie somewhere.

Schools are like color exhibition halls
Not only the main building, but also the drinking fountain, the dining room, and even the garbage collection are colorful.

Even the small bell hanging from the cherry tree in front of the main building is so cute and pretty. It is not a decorative accessory, but a real 'school bell'. The teacher's office door opens, and the teacher comes out and rings the bell lightly. The sound of 'tinting' that spreads out clearly and finely. The children who were playing screamed into the classroom, and soon a fine chorus sounded out. At a peaceful time, we take full advantage of healing energy at school.

When you visit the school, don't forget that this is not a tourist attraction, but a school where children study. Avoid entering the classroom or joking around.

Innisfree Jeju House, where the body and mind become pretty

With a fairytale-like school building in mind, leave for the second destination. Innisfree Jeju House is a place where you can reach for a while after going down the south on a straight peace road. This is a cosmetic brand 'Innisfree' experience hall.

I would like to see something as a brand experience hall, but once I get inside, I feel sorry to go out. Innisfree Jeju House is a pretty cafe where you can enjoy relaxation and healing along with Jeju's nature rather than a general cosmetic exhibition hall.
Three sides are made of glass, so the view is good

Innisfree Jeju House was located in Osulloc Seogwang Teahouse operated by its parent company, AMOREPACIFIC. The three sides are made of glass, so the surrounding tea garden spreads out like a panorama. On a clear day, you can clearly see Halla Mountain.

Where do you enjoy the amazing views with your bare feet? You can enjoy healthy food made with fresh ingredients from Jeju at the Organic Green Cafe in Jeju House.
Healthy organic food made from local ingredients
You can feel the freshness of all foods, such as seaweed collected from the sea of Jeju, noodles made with 톳, hot dogs made from sour citrus sausage, and shaved ice made from Jeju soybeans. Healing time with a glass of lemonade in front of Jeju Island as if it contained the blue sea, and slowly enjoying the green tea garden under the warm sunlight. I think that's the happiness of travel.

Another charm of Innisfree Jeju House is the natural soap class zone.
A natural soap class zone that you can make yourself by watching a video
The advantage is that you can feel comfortable at any time because the time is not set or the instructor does not do it yourself.
Couple making natural soap
It is not difficult to make. You can buy soap kits and watch videos in front of each one to make natural soap.

Natural soap class zone is a popular corner for both men and women. The experience time is about 15 to 30 minutes. The fun of the trip matures while making soapy soap.

Hello Kitty Island, Pink Fairy Tale World
The last stop on this trip is Hello Kitty Island, the most recently opened. Opened at the end of 2013, it is a museum with the theme of 'Hello Kitty' as its name suggests. It is lovely from the exterior of the building painted in pink.

An anthropomorphic cat character that you might have seen at least once, even if you don't know the name. Hello Kitty, first introduced in 1974 by famous Japanese character company Sanrio, has been loved worldwide for over 40 years. It is a star-class character with a lot of changes not only for children but also for adult fans.
Hello Kitty History Museum
Hello Kitty Island shows the history of Hello Kitty in a charming way. Hello Kitty, which was first introduced in 1974, and Hello Kitty's family, baby kitty, and Alice Kitty can be captured at a glance with various characters that have evolved over time. It has been thought of as a simple character, but the Hello Kitty that has changed over the decades makes me feel like a real living being.
Hello Kitty Exhibition Model
After passing the Kitty History Museum and Kitty House, the Art Education Center appears. Here, children are very excited about drawing Hello Kitty characters or creating their own characters. Adults peek through the gap. Um? It's surprisingly fun. Only children are excited. Draw it like this, draw it like that. In a moment, you fall into a world of concentricity. Why don't you dance with Hello Kitty on my own?
Hello Kitty-themed works

The second floor consists of a gallery building. There are many interesting exhibits featuring Hello Kitty. The kitty room, decorated like a princess room, seems to contain the romance of women. "Kitty is good", the elasticity mixed with envy flows from place to place. On the 3rd floor, you can see three-dimensional images of Hello Kitty's adventures. Immerse yourself in the real world for less than 10 minutes. After spending a relaxing time drinking coffee on the Hello Kitty-drawn cake, stop by the souvenir shop on the way out to get a gift. The day is passing by as I fall in love with the pink fairy tale world that is nowhere to be found.
