The broth used for food is Sanyacho broth containing camphor. The precious Sanyacho of Jecheon, located around Sobaeksan, Woraksan, and Chiaksan, and the camphor ginseng grown around Heungjeong Valley flowing below Pyeongchang Heungjeong Mountain are the main ingredients of the main broth.
