When you enter the Seoul Grand Park, you are excited about the spacious nature and relaxed gestures of the animals. The site area is about 9,157 km² (about 2.77 million pyeong), making it difficult to measure the scale at once. If you are away from the complex city center and blend natural greenery, you can spend a lot of time with children, from animals and plants to camping in the woods and visiting the Museum of Modern Art. Let's use Sky Lift, which gives a panoramic view of Seoul Grand Park. Walk about 5 minutes to the right of the ticket counter of the Grand Park and take the lift (about 13 minutes) to Line 1 towards the main entrance of the zoo. When taking the lift, it is better to use both sections until the lift of Line 2 (approximately 17 minutes) leading to the Tiger Farm, which is at the northern end of the Seoul Zoo. Before going to the permanent exhibition, let's take a look at the outdoor exhibition. You can experience exhibitions in nature that cannot be felt indoors. There are many things to see all over the place, including the dinosaur garden where 7 kinds of life-size dinosaur models are exhibited, the whole observation station, Mirai Railway 999, family creative playground, Saiart lounge, and ecological park.

Among the outdoor exhibition halls, the insect ecology hall is definitely popular. It can stimulate the curiosity of children by seeing and touching various insects. There are 48 themes on display, including terrestrial insects, aquatic insects, butterflies, spiders, larval breeding rooms, and insect specimen rooms.

Insects are so numerous that they account for 3/4 of all animals, and they are very diverse, enough to clear up the misconceptions that insects are just gross bugs.

In the Super Mill Worm experience, there are children who dig through the sandbars and pick up insects with their fingers without fear, while others look scary or frown. The appearance of enjoying varies according to personality and temperament.

Now it is time to enter the indoor permanent exhibition hall. It takes about 4 hours to estimate the entire exhibition hall, such as the basic science museum, natural history museum, traditional science museum, high-tech museum, and future imagination science fiction museum.

A children's exploration experience center is perfect for families who come here with their babies. This is because it is an exhibition hall where only children under the third grade of elementary school can enter. Admission is also limited for the safety of children. The 2nd floor is full of 34 different experiences, such as 'Tilt Room' and 'Sensory Playground'.

Let's Run Park (formerly Seoul Horse Racing Park) is a family park and leisure space, perfect for a family weekend outing. In particular, after the facility was renewed last year, it has been reborn as a family culture park where adults can play with their children in the playground.

In particular, NOL LOUNGE on the first floor is composed of interesting contents so that even those who are new to the word can enjoy it. The Play Zone, where you can experience a state-of-the-art equestrian simulator, is very popular with children.

You can also enjoy picnic at Solbat Garden in front of the amazing area. On weekends, it is common to see a family relaxing with a tent or mat under the brush field. However, there are smokers near Luckyville, so it is a good idea to avoid them with children.

If you visited this place with an infant or toddler, we recommend the Pony House where horses live and the 'Secret Way Tour', a horse ecological exploration program.
