In the excitement of soaking red pepper paste for the first time in life, young mothers and dads unfamiliar with kitchen work wear aprons without hesitation. For children who do not eat spicy food, it is a special experience to make apple pepper paste. Stir in the spatula with the red pepper powder that tickles the tip of the nose. I'm going to make delicious Tteokbokki with my own red pepper paste. It was said that the first taste was jeongseong. You need to stir evenly, giving strength to the hand holding the spatula.

While waiting for the red pepper powder and various ingredients to melt, the experienced visitors go on a village tour with Mr. Kim. It is the way to meet the jars of traditional delicacy in Cheondeungsan.
Jars where various chapters are ripening
There are hundreds of shiny jars in the space where the owner and the couple live. As I stayed, I heard soy sauce with a transparent color, and miso with a yellowish sweet taste. These are jars that will make your heart more relaxed just by looking at it.
Kim Young-ja, who shows the taste of miso
Kim Young-ja opens the lid of the jar to show the taste of miso. Direct farming is miso soaked with salt that doesn't taste bitter, using fresh soybeans and extracting bittern for more than two years.

The place where the jars lined up is at the foot of Cheondeungsan. It is the song that starts with “My Own Crying over Chundal-jae, Chundeung-san,” and that Chundeung-san in <Park Dal-jae, crying over>. The spirit of the mountain seems to add to the deep flavor of the intestine. The wind from Songgang Reservoir down there also adds strength.

When you return after completing an hour's visit to the village, the color of apple peppers made by experienced visitors is quite different. When the ingredients were only mixed with a spatula, they were slightly thin and light in color, while the concentration became thicker and the red color became darker. You can take well-made gochujang in a glass bottle. You can put it in the refrigerator immediately after taking it home and eat it after 2 weeks.
