Namyangju, South Korea

The wildflower trail that represents the metropolitan area is Mt. Cheonma, Namyangju. At 812m above sea level, various flowers bloom along the season without any burden. The route from the entrance of Supyeongsa in Hopyeong-dong to Cheolma's house and the Dolphin Spring is a section that can be called 'wild road'. White camellia and noodle trees, which cover the trail, bloom until the end of June. A lovely foot-shaped tree with purple flowers under the heart-shaped leaves tells a sad story when a mother and daughter miss her. Cheonmasan is now waiting for you with wild flowers, namely grasshoppers, moths, hawksbill flowers, wild pheasant's legs, grass swabs, true flower, dragonfly, and fin thistle. Take a slow look at the grass.
There is plenty to enjoy on National Highway 45, which runs alongside the Bukhangang River. Hongyuneung, where Gojong and obedience fell asleep, is also impressive.
Namyangju Cheonmasan is one of the best places to talk about hiking wild flowers in the metropolitan area. It is not very high at 812 m above sea level, but it is because various flowers bloom along the season. Normal mountaineering climbs to step on the summit, but flower mountaineering is more joyful to discover every single flower on the side of the road. You can find wildflowers hidden in the bush by bowing your head and slowing down.
Cheonma Mountain Climbing Course is diversified. A lot of people take the course from the entrance of Supjinsa in Hopyeong-dong to the summit of Cheonma House. The trail from Cheonmasan Station on the Gyeongchun Line to Cheonmasan Station, Chill Pass, and Peak Peak is also common. Wildflower visitor's favorite course is walking from Palhyeon-ri, Onam-eup, along the valley to Cheonma House or Dolphin Spring.
The Sujinsa course also runs along the valley, and there are many varieties of flowers, so if you are looking for Mt. There are many flowers and the course is short when you go up the valley. In the forest road just above Cheonma's house, you can see raspberries, mountain firebags, barberry, paulownia, and cherry tree.

Beginning at Sujinsa Temple, we walk through Cheonma's house and Dolphin Spring to Palhyeonri. Walking to find flowers, it takes over an hour to Cheonma's house.

The camellia flower, which blooms in late spring and brings summer, is white and coveted. Just as camellia flowers are spectacular, the camellia flowers fall on the trail and cover the trails and valleys. Looking up the branches over the valley, it seems that bright white flowers are lit up brightly. It blooms from May to June and often meets around hiking trails and valleys.

It is common to eat noodles. From the bottom of the mountain to the ridge, you can see the light yellow flowers of noodles. It is easy to find purple flowers with beautiful beehives and white flowers that look like a slim woman.

If you have a heart-shaped leaf shaped like a baby palm next to the trail or on a mountain slope, stop by it. You can see the purple flowers on the bottom. It is said that the bride looks like a bride's head on the wedding ceremony. In the olden days, a lady who was chosen as a court girl went to China far away and missed her separated mother.

Some wildflowers are beautiful but dangerous. Tiannan has poison in its roots. In the fall, red berries similar to ginseng fruit are easy to be mistaken, so be careful. The sprouts have flowers and only leaves, so be careful not to mistake them for wild vegetables.
Cheonnam Province
There is a five-way street just above Chunma House. It is divided into the summit, Dolphin Spring, Hopyeong-dong (Sujinsa), Gwaneumbong / Sareung-gil, and Palhyeon-ri (Onam Reservoir). There are several benches, and there is a final toilet at the end of the road, which is where hikers rest.

Even if you walk here, you can see quite a lot of wildflowers. If you have enough time, go to Dolphin Spring or descend to Palhyeonri if you don't need to return to your starting point.

It is relatively easy to get to Cheonma's house, but the rocky road is rough to the top. The trail to the Dolphin Springs is a must for flower trails. If you walk for 5 minutes from the five-story street, you will see a yellow guarded debt sign that is a rare native plant of Mt.

The road to Dolphin Spring is a flowery section, but the flowers that can be seen from now until the end of June are potato orchid, big primrose, horseradish, aeginari, roe pee, goblin fan, and grass swam.
Potato Orchid
Early spring blooms of calendula, beewinds, deers, stalks and violets, only leaves and fruit remain.
Large primrose
If you climb from Dolphin Spring, it is normal, and the path that extends down runs along Cheonma Mountain Valley through Darae Mountain Garden Garden to Onam Reservoir.
Horseradish
The cherry blossom trees, bat trees, grass grass, mountain pheasant's legs and fin thistles on the trail are just before bursting with buds. Baby hoe eyes and big hoe rice that bear fruit are also worth noting.
Like a sweet lover
When you go to the Palhyeonri course, sit on the valley rocks and listen to the sounds of water, wind, and birds. It is a clean valley where salamanders and northern frogs hide in the gaps between the stones.
True flower
There is no public parking but there are restaurants along the valley where you can park after meals.

Hiking greed should be a good thing. You may not see the flowers you want, or you may be lucky to see rare plants.
Onam Lake Park
You may need to think about safety first, as you may find yourself on the trail or slip off the mountainside.

Namyangju has plenty to see even under the mountains. The water garden in Jinjung-ri, Joan-myeon, is decorated with an ecological park around the wetland where the North Korean bicycle path passes. Walking in the peaceful scenery will ease your haste.

Namyang Organic Organic Theme Park is a great place to find a hand. There is a children's favorite Cocomong Farm Village, and you can learn more about Namyangju, the home of slow food. The Ark of Flavor exhibits the ingredients and processed foods listed in the World's Ark of Flavor, a project to revive memories and foods that are disappearing.

Route 45, which runs alongside the Bukhan River, is good to drive, and there are many teahouses and bakeries overlooking the river. Piano toilets shaped like grand pianos and piano waterfalls made from a 92m artificial waterfall with sewage treatment effluents are worth a visit.

Hongyuneung, where Gojong and obedience are buried, is impressive with animal statues such as Haitai and Camel, and huge Munseok and Unmanned Stones.
